“Why does this feel harder than I expected?”
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
The Ground Floor Processing Group is an 8-week virtual space created specifically for therapists in their first 0–3 years of practice. It’s not about case consultation or clinical skills, it’s about you:
Your identity.
Your challenges.
Your inner voice.
What This Group Is:
A processing group, not supervision or training, where new clinicians can step back from the doing and reflect on the being. Through shared conversation and guided themes, you'll explore the real, emotional experience of becoming a therapist.
This is not a supervision group. There will be no clinical case consultation or CE credits provided. It is a peer-based reflective group intended to support your personal and professional growth as a new therapist.
If you’d like to connect before registering or have any questions, feel free to reach out. I’d love to hear from you. sharlene@healingtogethersolutions.com or 770-765-3357.

Sharlene H. McClendon’s course and podcast, “Me, Myself, and I,” offers a transformative journey for anyone seeking deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and authentic self-love. Rooted in the belief that a strong relationship with yourself is the foundation for all other healthy connections, this program blends thoughtful reflection, practical tools, and compassionate guidance to support personal growth.
At the heart of the course are six guiding principles: safety, trust, stability, acceptance, patience, and love. These pillars help participants cultivate a nurturing relationship with themselves—one that fosters healing, confidence, resilience, and emotional clarity. Through Sharlene’s supportive approach, listeners are encouraged to slow down, reflect, and truly see themselves, perhaps for the first time.
What sets this offering apart is its focus on internal reflection and emotional insight. Sharlene guides participants to identify patterns rooted in past experiences and provides practical tools to release emotional blocks that prevent growth. This process empowers individuals to move beyond self-doubt, shame, and fear, stepping into a life of authenticity, grace, and purpose.
More than just a listening experience, “Me, Myself, and I” is an invitation to come home to yourself. As you strengthen your internal connection, your relationships, work, and daily life naturally shift—becoming more meaningful, grounded, and fulfilling.
Discover how to truly know, accept, and love yourself—and watch every area of your life transform.
